Fr. Nilo E. Tanalega, SJ: Founder/BOT Member

Fr. Nilo E. Tanalega, SJ holds a Doctorate in Ministry with a concentration in Family Counseling from Colgate/Rochester Divinity School, a Masters of Science in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College in Maryland, a Masters of Arts in Theology from Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University, a Masters in Business Administration from the same university, and a Post-Graduate Professional Diploma in Religion and Religious Education, with a major in Family Ministries from Fordham University.

Fr. Roberto Archie R. Carampatan, SJ: Executive Director

Fr. Roberto Archie R. Carampatan, SJ joined UGAT Foundation in 2011 after his tertianship in Weston, Massachusetts, USA.  After one year in UGAT, Fr. Carampatan left for graduate studies in the U.S. and obtained his MS in Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University in Maryland.  He came back to UGAT in November of 2013.

Ma. Rose Karen H. Teves: UGAT Admin Staff/Counselor

Miss Karen Teves joined UGAT in 2008 after attending a seminar-workshop given by UGAT's Founder, Fr. Nilo Tanalega.  Before UGAT, Miss Teves was a guidance counselor of St. Peter's College in Ormoc City.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of San Carlos.

Mary Ann Patacsil

Mary Ann Patacsil is a registered nurse and a mother of two. She is the resource speaker-facilitator for Growing Up As Parents Seminar and Midlife Seminars.

Jesus & Fatima Nartates

Jesus & Fatima Nartates is the Chair Couple for SUYUAN Marriage Enrichment and the Couple Coordinator for PUGAD (Pampamilyang Ugnayan at Gabay sa mga Angkan ng Diyos), an association of presentor-facilitators (team couples)of different family programs affiliated with UGAT Foundation, Inc. They have been in several countries giving seminars.
